You can permanently delete your Mazel account and personal data at any time. Here's how.
Email privacy@mazelcrm.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.
Your account, your login, your own profile on Mazel and your personal data are permanently removed, including the photo and the resume on your own profile. Closing your account can't be undone.
What stays: matchmaking records that belong to an organization (e.g. singles your organization owns, the notes you wrote, and shared match history) are kept for the organization, with your personal authorship removed, so your teammates' work isn't destroyed when you leave.
If you are the only person in your workspace, the people you entered there are kept, not deleted. Your account closes, and those profiles stay on our system with their photos, their files and the notes you wrote on them. From the moment your account closes they are hidden from everyone using Mazel, and only Mazel can see them. If you change your mind within 30 days, email privacy@mazelcrm.com and we will put them back.
Any upcoming sessions on your calendar are cancelled, and the other person is told. If you booked a session with a matchmaker, the appointment stays in her own diary with your name and email address removed from it.
